I'm writing a report on cancer industry trends over the next 5 years from scratch and while we have a fair amount of interesting information from the public domain, you can never have enough data.

How do you see the future in oncology evolving?

Does anyone have some good public sources of data or reports?  I've found some good ones so far, but am a bit lacking on sales force and comparative effectiveness trends, in particular.
