It was a competition last year run by the Wellcome Trust in the UK, but well worth look looking at if you have a sense of awe and wonder about science.

Absolutely amazing photos, they really manage to bring science to life. Makes you wonder about the constantly evolving technologies within the field of science, and what they might produce in the years to come.
